Exercise Programs
by Chaney Weiner
Welcome to the exercise programs department. Here you will find resources as it relates to exercise programming.
When it comes to the exercise aspect of losing unwanted body fat, exercise programming is extremely important. A high majority of the time women are following an exercise workout rather than an exercise program.
An exercise workout is a component of an exercise program. Individual workouts make up an entire exercise program. It is the PROGRAM that dictates the results you achieve. This is very often overlooked.
This part of the site is here to assist you in the exercise programming process. Listed below are various resources that are aimed at helping you to create the right exercise program just for you.
You can also view and download an exercise program that is right for you. We created separate departments for beginner programs, intermediate programs, and advanced programs.
A collection of complete fat burning exercise programs to include a description of the program and the exercises included can be found in our download library.
We recommend that you read the following 2 articles first in order to get a general understanding of how to set up workouts within a training program:

The New Wave of Cardio that Burns the Most Fat…Part 2 (Hybrid Training)
by Chaney Weiner
Hybrid training is simply a type of training that involves the grouping of 2, 3, or 4 exercises in an exercise circuit that is done in a continuous, nonstop fashion and repeated for a number of sets per exercise. This training also involves 3-4 of these circuits in a given workout (although this may vary). The idea behind this type of training is to address all of the major components of training into a specific training session. In addition it takes the guesswork out of when to do strength training and cardio training because it allows you to combine both types of training into a specific workout and to get the best of both worlds. . . . keep reading

"Now I am changing from the inside-out and I am all the better for it. I have received a lot of compliments from friends and coworkers about how much slimmer I am. The scale says that I have lost about 15 pounds(and one clothing size)and I have lost 40 pounds of fat. The results I saw are at a rate that allows for lasting changes and that is healthy for my body and my mind.
For once I am in partnership with my body
and that has made all the difference!
